As a professional render farm, Fox Render farm has dealt with hundreds of CG production companies. We promise that we will protect clients' information and secure clients' files by taking measures as follows:

a) We will never disclose your registered information and contact details to the third party by any forms.

b) The files you upload, including scene files, pictures, scripts and so on, we will never disclose to the third party. You may delete all your files after rendering is done. We will NOT copy or save it without your permission. If you forget to delete your files after rendering is done, the system will delete them automatically at regular intervals.

c) The pictures that clients render out, we will never disclose to the third party and will not post them on Fox Render farm website. In addition, the system will delete rendered pictures at regular intervals. Once clients require Fox Render farm to delete their pictures, Fox Render farm will delete them immediately.

d) Every message between clients and Fox Render farm via email, Skype or MSN will be deleted by Fox Render farm after the project is done and Fox Render farm will never disclose to the third party.

As to the server room, Fox Render farm will take measures for security as follows:

e) 24-hour CCTV around the server room.
f) Securities on duty 24 hours.
g) Finger-print access guard system for server room.
h) Professional network firewall and intrusion detection system.

Fox Render farm is willing to sign a formal NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreement) with you if necessary and post it to your office.
